Returns/Exchanges (Online Orders):
Please note all sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can send it back for an exchange or store credit. All swim, beauty/apothecary, underwear, socks, toys, and holiday are Final Sale. Our return policy is as follows:
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the date you received your order (with original tags attached)
- Refund may take several business days depending on your bank provider
- Please do not send your merchandise back to the store/vendor/designer directly
- Shoppe Balloo reserves the right to decline any refund/exchange if any requirements are not met.
- We do not refund original shipping cost.

Returns/Exchanges (Bleecker Street Store):
Full-priced merchandise purchased in our Bleecker Street location may be returned within 7 days of the purchase date for an exchange or store credit. We DO NOT offer cash or credit card refunds. The item purchased must be in the original condition that you received it (unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached) and with its original packaging. Sale, holiday items, swimwear and underwear are FINAL SALE.

Shipping Policy
Orders shipped within the United States are $10 for standard shipping. Orders over $150 are eligible for free shipping. If you need your package quickly, please contact the store at hello@shoppeballoo.com or by phone at 646-360-3900.
Signature Requirement
Orders over $500 will require a signature upon delivery. If you would like to remove the signature requirement please contact hello@shoppeballoo.com or call the store at 646-360-3900.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Shoppe Balloo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a tracking number is received. Please file a claim with your carrier.
